Jeanette executes marketing initiatives and staff management programs to maintain optimum occupancy levels, income, property value, community partnership and EXCELLENT customer service.

Rosa's primary duties are to greet prospective residents, to professionally present the features and benefits of the apartment community, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and address the needs of current residents. Rosa is very service oriented and strives to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable in their apartment home.
